This is perfect for.. New athletes who are having a hard time driving their legs off the floor, holding positions, understanding positions, or to add extra stress to the back to give an athlete a bit more work.

Nick Conley has been experience forearm pain and we’re experimenting with releasing the hookgrip when he turns the bar overhead. Here you’ll see him switch to working with straps to help him hold onto the bar with painful forearms.
